Position Summary
Wipro is actively seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Tech Lead to join its dynamic team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly in Service Cloud, Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Salesforce integrations. This is a senior-level role designed for professionals ready to lead digital transformation initiatives and drive impactful Salesforce solutions for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Development & Solution Design
- Lead end-to-end Salesforce development lifecycle including architecture, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
- Build scalable and secure solutions using Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Aura, and LWC.
- Design and implement integrations with third-party systems using APIs such as SOAP, REST, Bulk API, and Metadata API.
- Guide and mentor development teams on Salesforce best practices, code quality, and performance tuning.
- Implement data management strategies using structured/unstructured DBs and SOA principles.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and ensure adherence to change management policies.
Client Engagement & Delivery Excellence
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Communicate complex technical solutions clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Deliver high-quality service to end-users, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure on-time delivery of Salesforce enhancements.
- Monitor, analyze, and improve Salesforce implementations to optimize customer experience and system efficiency.
Quality Assurance & Performance Monitoring
- Ensure all deployments are 100% error-free and meet Wipro’s standards for quality and client satisfaction.
- Implement robust testing and validation protocols.
- Maintain compliance with Wipro’s KPIs and SLAs related to software implementation, release schedules, and MIS reporting.
Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5–8 years of experience on the Salesforce platform with demonstrated proficiency in Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience in:
- Apex Programming
- SOQL and SOSL
- Aura and LWC components
- JavaScript and front-end customization
- REST/SOAP API integration
- Metadata API and Bulk API
- Salesforce Service Cloud Certification (required).
- Salesforce Data Cloud Certification (required).
- Experience with AppExchange apps and 3rd party integrations.
- Experience with Mulesoft or similar middleware tools.
- Strong fluency in English and excellent communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Salesforce Architect Certification.
- Exposure to Experience Cloud and Data Cloud solutions.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
- Experience designing and implementing secure, scalable, and high-availability Salesforce systems.
