Role Summary: What You’ll Do
As the Assistant Manager – R&O (Communications), you’ll play a key role in curating and disseminating communication content to internal audit professionals and leadership teams. Your contributions will directly support the visibility, accessibility, and impact of Deloitte’s L&D initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft compelling internal communications to promote learning programs, resources, and tools.
- Review, fact-check, and edit written materials for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
- Design engaging PowerPoint layouts and Word document templates to support learning campaigns.
- Maintain communication schedules and ensure version control using Microsoft Teams.
- Coordinate with web developers and team members to update intranet content.
- Organize digital assets and project documentation in a collaborative file management system.
- Record meeting minutes and follow up on key discussion points.
- Leverage AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT to enhance the communication process.
Essential Qualifications
- A graduate degree in communications, English, journalism, or a closely related discipline
- A minimum of five years of hands-on experience in internal or corporate communications within a professional business setting
- Proven ability to manage communication workflows and meet publishing deadlines
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and MS Word for visual formatting and content display
- Exceptional attention to detail, grammar, and content consistency
- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer sponsorship (where applicable)
