Job Summary:

Cognizant is hiring an experienced Business Analyst to support the development, implementation, and optimization of lead generation and nurturing campaigns. This role is designed for a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of data-driven marketing and a passion for driving business growth through analytics and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Planning & Strategy:

  • Analyze business requirements to design and implement effective lead generation and lead nurturing strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to build high-performing campaigns that enhance customer engagement and brand visibility.
  • Identify target audiences and personalize campaign strategies accordingly.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

  • Continuously monitor and assess the success of marketing campaigns against KPIs and ROI benchmarks.
  • Conduct deep-dive analysis using data analytics tools to uncover trends, performance gaps, and growth opportunities.
  • Provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations to stakeholders to enhance campaign results.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Work alongside marketing, sales, product, and analytics teams to align campaign objectives with broader business goals.
  • Facilitate regular workshops, review sessions, and stakeholder meetings to capture business needs and provide updates.
  • Translate complex data findings into easy-to-understand reports and dashboards for business users.

Reporting & Communication:

  • Develop and present comprehensive campaign performance reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Provide campaign health updates to key stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Ensure clear documentation of campaign goals, timelines, budgets, and performance metrics.

Compliance & Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure all campaign activities comply with relevant data privacy regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
  • Work proactively to identify potential risks and implement safeguards during campaign execution.

Process Improvement & Innovation:

  • Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to streamline campaign execution.
  • Leverage emerging technologies and marketing automation tools to improve campaign performance.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to ensure Cognizant remains at the forefront of digital marketing excellence.

Support & Collaboration:

  • Assist in the development of marketing content and collateral to support lead nurturing efforts.
  • Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and marketing innovation workshops.
  • Serve as a go-to expert for campaign performance metrics and marketing data interpretation.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 6 to 8 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on lead generation and campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and customer journey mapping.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics).
  • Proven experience designing and optimizing lead nurturing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid work model with rotational shift availability.
  • Strong knowledge of data privacy laws, industry compliance standards, and marketing best practices.

Certifications Required:

  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
