Position Overview
L&T EduTech is actively seeking an accomplished Enterprise Sales Manager to spearhead the expansion of our skilling and talent development services within the BFSI sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving enterprise sales, expanding market share, and establishing long-term strategic partnerships with banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, and FinTech enterprises.
This high-impact role demands a seasoned professional who excels at consultative selling, understands the evolving talent demands of the BFSI domain, and can collaborate cross-functionally to deliver bespoke learning solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Execution
- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle targeting Tier 2 and Tier 3 banks, NBFCs, insurance firms, and emerging FinTech companies.
- Identify client-specific skilling gaps and craft tailored talent development solutions encompassing fresher onboarding, lateral hiring, and regulatory compliance training.
- Design and co-create Centers of Excellence (COE) with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships in fresher hiring and workforce deployment.
- Collaborate with internal teams—including product, content, and delivery units—to structure comprehensive offerings blending self-paced modules, instructor-led sessions, and assessment tools.
Client Engagement and Relationship Building
- Develop strategic relationships with CXOs, CHROs, L&D leaders, and Business Unit Heads.
- Position L&T EduTech as a trusted partner for enterprise skilling initiatives by aligning learning solutions with client-specific digital transformation, AI/ML integration, and evolving regulatory needs.
- Prepare persuasive sales proposals, manage RFP responses, and negotiate commercial agreements in line with client requirements and company objectives.
Revenue Growth and Pipeline Management
- Manage and grow a robust sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing accounts.
- Track sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics using CRM systems.
- Consistently achieve and exceed assigned quarterly revenue and growth targets.
Post-Sales Support and Client Success
- Ensure a seamless handover to the delivery teams post-sales and stay engaged to drive deployment planning.
- Monitor client satisfaction through regular business reviews and impact assessments.
- Provide insights for continual improvement of the talent solutions based on market feedback.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech) or an equivalent professional qualification.
- Experience:
- 7 to 12 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in EdTech, BFSI, HR Tech, or related industries.
- Strong track record of solution selling and strategic account management.
- Domain Expertise:
- In-depth understanding of the BFSI sector’s skilling challenges and talent landscape.
- Knowledge of modern learning ecosystems, including digital learning trends.
- Skills:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and proposal development abilities.
- Adept at managing CXO-level client interactions and building long-term partnerships.
- Proficient in CRM tools for sales tracking and pipeline management.
