As a Program Manager for SSD (Same-Day Delivery) and Fulfillment Acceleration, your core responsibility will be to conceptualize, plan, and launch innovative programs that optimize delivery speed, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency across emerging markets. 🔧 Key Responsibilities
As a Program Manager, your core duties will include:
1. Program Development & Launch

Spearhead the design and rollout of strategic programs aimed at enhancing delivery speed and operational efficiency, including Dark Stores, SSD models, and Direct-to-Customer deliveries.

Drive initiatives across the AMET region (Africa, Middle East, and Turkey), focusing on scalability, customer-centric innovations, and market adaptability.
2. Network Design & Fulfillment Optimization

Lead the implementation of Network Design Configurations (NDC) and Fulfillment Experience (FX) charters for emerging markets.

3. Technology & Tools Integration

Collaborate with tech teams to deploy new tools, systems, and dashboards.

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of digital solutions and reporting platforms that provide critical insights into cost-efficiency and speed metrics.
4. Process Improvement & Cost Reduction

Identify key areas for cost optimization and speed enhancement through data-driven analysis.

🎓 Basic Qualifications
To qualify for the role, candidates must meet the following essential criteria:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in program or project management, ideally in logistics or fulfillment.

Experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.

Proven ability to define, track, and improve operational processes using data and metrics.
