As an information technology analyst, you will spearhead the bank‘s digital efforts by managing technology clusters, assessing new tech trends, and deploying innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities
1. Identifying Opportunities for Digital Enhancement
Establish the present and future vision for mobile architecture, aligned with business and IT strategies.

2. Creating Scalable Mobility Systems
Design and deploy cloud-native and on-premises mobility systems.

3. Ensuring Compliance and Process Adherence
Create and deploy solutions that comply with ICICI Bank‘s regulatory and security standards.
Maintain compliance with industry standards and best practices in digital banking.
Proactively monitor risk factors and minimize potential threats.
4. Fostering Inter-Team Collaboration
Collaborate with business, product, and functional teams to align mobility solutions with business goals.
Engage actively in strategy sessions and contribute technology-led business insights for improvement.
Guide teams through managing and implementing digital transformation projects.
5. Offering Ongoing Operational Support
Ensure monitoring of key mobility systems and continuous banking services.
Troubleshoot and resolve problems in real time to reduce service disruptions.
Foster a culture of ongoing learning and system enhancement.
6. Business and Regulatory Alignment
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure IT plans align with business objectives.
Keep abreast of regulatory rules and incorporate required changes in IT solutions.

Qualifications & Skills Required
Educational Background
Bachelor‘s or Master‘s degree in Engineering, B.Tech, M.Tech, or M.S. in a related discipline.
Good academic record with emphasis on application design & management across industries.
Technical Competence in Mobility Frameworks
Minimum 12-18 years of experience, with minimum 5 years in mobility frameworks.
Proficiency in mobile architecture, cloud technologies, API integration, and enterprise mobility solutions.
Good knowledge of microservices architecture, DevOps, and AI-driven automation.
Staying Current with Emerging Technologies
Remain updated on the latest technologies, such as blockchain, AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, and fintech innovation.
Apply future-proof solutions to improve banking processes and customer interactions.
Market Trends and Innovations
Monitor trends in the banking sector, competitors’ strategies, and technology innovation.
Assess new mobile technology solutions for upgrade, migration, and process optimization.
