🔍 Role Summary:

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for extracting actionable insights from complex data sets to support business decisions and strategy. Your expertise in SQL development, coupled with strong analytical and communication skills, will enable you to lead data-driven conversations with stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the organization.

This role demands a high level of proficiency in writing advanced SQL queries, data visualization, stakeholder engagement, and performance analysis. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to establish meaningful KPIs, design reports, identify trends, and propose scalable solutions.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Collect, interpret, and analyze complex data sets to extract actionable insights
Perform in-depth data analysis and translate results into easy-to-understand dashboards and reports
Write and optimize advanced SQL scripts to generate business-critical data
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and align data models accordingly
Troubleshoot analytical problems and deliver resolutions as per the defined SLAs
Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and present findings to senior leadership
Support ongoing efforts to improve existing reporting infrastructure
Develop and maintain custom reporting solutions for various teams across the organization
Identify key insights, emerging trends, and meaningful correlations by analyzing complex and extensive datasets.
Contribute to the development and enhancement of data gathering techniques and analytical processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Contribute to process improvements, automation, and scalability initiatives
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within tight deadlines
Provide mentorship or peer-level support to junior analysts, if required
Ensure analytical approaches are tailored to support and drive core business objectives for optimal results.

🧠 Required Technical & Analytical Skills:

Proven expertise in advanced SQL scripting and SQL development
Strong command of data interpretation, critical thinking, and problem-solving
Ability to visualize complex data and translate it into meaningful insights
Experience in creating data models, dashboards, and custom reports
Familiarity with structured project planning methodologies and stakeholder engagement
Capability to manage conflicting priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Hands-on experience with product analytics tools

💼 Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills:

Familiarity with programming languages like Python and R for performing data processing, analysis, and building predictive models.
Familiarity with platforms like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Looker, or the Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
Background in data mining techniques and exploratory data analysis
Prior experience as a team lead or managing junior data analysts
Understanding of business process automation and data governance

✅ Eligibility Criteria:

Experience: Minimum 5 years and up to 9 years in data analytics, preferably within IT, BFSI, eCommerce, or digital industries
Location: Must be willing to work from Hyderabad (relocation assistance may be provided)
Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days maximum
Work Model: Full-time, 5-day work week, onsite
