Job Title: Software Engineer 2 (Senior Jira Developer)

🔧 Key Technical Skills Required

User Support & Troubleshooting
- Address and resolve issues raised by Jira/Confluence users
- Provide technical support to internal teams for project setups, issue tracking, and reporting
- Ensure high availability and performance of Atlassian tools
Collaboration & Process Improvement
- Work collaboratively with product, engineering, and IT teams
