Key Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a wide array of administrative and establishment tasks that are critical to the smooth functioning of the organization. The role demands sound judgment, thorough understanding of government procedures, and an ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.

Major Duties Include:

  • Administrative Oversight: Manage day-to-day establishment and general administrative matters related to human resources and office operations.

  • Vigilance Coordination: Handle vigilance cases in line with prescribed government norms and internal policies. Coordinate with legal or vigilance authorities where necessary.

  • Disciplinary Actions: Conduct investigations into disciplinary matters, initiate and process disciplinary proceedings, and ensure adherence to applicable rules and regulations.

  • Fixation of Pay: Handle pay fixation cases as per the prevailing rules of the Government of India, including pay protection and revision cases.

  • Policy Interpretation: Interpret and implement government guidelines, circulars, and office orders related to establishment matters.

  • Legal Case Management: Liaise with legal counsel, prepare responses to legal notices, and represent the organization in matters concerning service rules or employee issues.

  • Record Maintenance: Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of employee service records, leave records, and retirement benefits.

  • Coordination with Departments: Work closely with other departments to ensure HR compliance, grievance redressal, and timely communication of HR policies.

To be successful in this role, the candidate must have significant experience working in government, semi-government, public sector undertakings (PSUs), or autonomous organizations in establishment administration.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 15 years to 20 years of relevant experience in administrative and establishment functions.

  • Candidates with experience in central government ministries, state departments, autonomous bodies, or public sector undertakings will be preferred.
