Position Overview

Accenture is seeking a dynamic and experienced Consultant in HR Strategy & Transformation to join its Talent & Organization (T&O) practice under the Strategy & Consulting Global Network (S&C GN). This is an exciting opportunity for seasoned HR professionals who are passionate about delivering transformational HR solutions and shaping the future of work across global enterprises.

As part of Accenture’s high-impact consulting team, you will work closely with top clients across industries to design and implement innovative HR operating models, enhance talent processes, and drive process excellence across the HR function. This role leverages a global delivery model that spans onsite, nearshore, and offshore engagements.


Key Responsibilities

As an HR Strategy & Transformation Consultant, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. HR Operating Model Design

  • Lead the design and implementation of next-gen HR operating models to improve efficiency, agility, and service delivery.
  • Define organization structures, governance models, and role-based responsibilities that align HR with strategic business priorities.
  • Drive HR capability enhancement initiatives to ensure long-term sustainability and performance.

2. Competency-Based Talent Management

  • Develop and implement robust competency models to support talent acquisition, development, and retention.
  • Integrate competency frameworks with core HR and talent management processes to ensure a seamless talent experience.
  • Collaborate with clients to create scalable models for assessment, growth planning, and succession management.

3. Workforce Management & Optimization

  • Perform data-driven workforce effectiveness analyses to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Build strategic workforce planning models that align talent supply with business demand.
  • Recommend workforce strategies to drive productivity, cost efficiency, and long-term capability building.

4. HR Shared Services Transformation

  • Conduct maturity assessments of existing HR shared service models.
  • Design best-in-class shared service frameworks, including process centralization, digital enablers, and automation.
  • Support clients in deploying and operationalizing shared service centers with measurable performance outcomes.

5. Process Excellence and Innovation

  • Redesign HR and talent processes to drive user-centric, agile, and scalable operations.
  • Leverage emerging technologies, automation, and best practices to streamline core HR functions such as onboarding, performance management, and payroll.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, aligning process innovation with measurable business value.

6. HR SaaS Implementation Support

  • Collaborate with SaaS implementation teams to drive comprehensive business transformation using advanced cloud-based solutions.
  • Lead process design, configuration alignment, end-user training, and change enablement for solutions such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Support adoption and change management initiatives to ensure successful SaaS deployments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines
  • A minimum of 5 to 10 years of demonstrated experience in driving HR strategy, managing transformation projects, or delivering HR consulting engagements
  • Strong exposure to global HR delivery models, operating frameworks, and transformation initiatives
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client engagements, deliver measurable outcomes, and influence senior stakeholders

Preferred Skills & Attributes

  • Excellent understanding of HR processes including recruitment, performance management, learning & development, workforce analytics, and compensation
  • Hands-on exposure to leading HR technology solutions including Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Cloud HCM, and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-cultural, and client-facing environments
  • Ability to handle ambiguity, drive strategic discussions, and deliver structured outcomes
