Job Summary:

Cognizant is actively seeking an experienced Senior Product Specialist (T24 Developer) to join our dynamic and collaborative team. This hybrid role demands hands-on expertise in Temenos T24 technical modules, particularly Version Designer, Payments, OFS & Admin, Funds Transfer, Enquiry Designer, and Core modules. The candidate should also possess domain proficiency in International Payments, Forex Payments, and Cards & Payments.

Key Responsibilities:

T24 Technical Expertise:

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of T24 Version Designer components to fulfill complex business needs.
• Develop and integrate T24 Payment systems to ensure smooth transaction processing and high reliability.
• Administer and optimize T24 OFS & Admin (R21) for system stability and support.
• Design, implement, and oversee T24 OFS Funds Transfer (R20) workflows to streamline fund movement and ensure optimal transaction efficiency.
• Design and implement T24 Enquiry Designer solutions to enhance reporting and data visibility.
• Ensure operational efficiency and uptime of T24 Core banking modules.

Domain Expertise & Functional Collaboration:

• Apply deep domain knowledge in International Payments, Forex Payments, and Cards & Payments to guide development strategy.
• Partner with product managers, solution architects, and QA teams to translate business objectives into robust T24 technical solutions.
• Offer post-deployment support, addressing system issues and tuning performance metrics as required.

Process Optimization & System Enhancement:

• Proactively monitor and audit T24 systems to maintain security, performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive enhancements to improve code efficiency, reduce latency, and support digital banking transformations.
• Conduct periodic knowledge transfer sessions and training for junior developers and business users.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, compliance, and integration experts to ensure end-to-end solution success.
• Provide technical documentation, impact analysis, and version control records aligned with internal standards.
• Stay abreast of emerging Temenos upgrades and industry trends to integrate cutting-edge practices into project execution.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven 7-11 years of hands-on experience in T24 Temenos development.
• Mastery in T24 Version Designer, Payments, OFS & Admin, Funds Transfer, Enquiry Designer, and Core modules.
• Practical exposure to R21/R20 versions of T24 components.
• Strong command over technical issue resolution, system optimization, and solution design.
• Domain expertise in Cards & Payments, International Payments, and Forex Payments is a must.
• Exceptional problem-solving, team collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in hybrid work environments and work with distributed teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience working in banking/financial institutions or large-scale digital transformation programs.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps-based T24 delivery models.
• Strong understanding of compliance regulations, audit frameworks, and performance tuning in core banking systems.
• Proven ability to manage complete module lifecycles—from initial design through deployment and post-launch support.
