The Head of Finance & Accounts will play a pivotal role in steering the financial health of the organization. Key Responsibilities
Financial Leadership and Strategic Management:
- Set up and oversee a comprehensive Finance & Accounts and Management Information System (MIS) framework aligned with organizational objectives.

- Direct the preparation and critical analysis of key financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow reports.
- Ensure the generation of accurate and timely monthly and quarterly budget vs. actual variance reports.
- Ensure rigorous adherence to regulatory frameworks, corporate financial policies, and statutory reporting obligations.
- Oversee the auditing processes, ensuring transparency and accountability in financial practices.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Spearhead the annual budgeting and financial forecasting activities in collaboration with department heads.
- Develop accurate, realistic financial plans that align with strategic business objectives.
- Implement continuous monitoring systems to compare forecasts with actual outcomes, addressing variances proactively.
Accounting and Costing Processes:
- Design, implement, and maintain robust accounting and costing systems to enhance financial accuracy and operational control.

Risk Management and Internal Controls:
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate financial risks that could impact organizational objectives.

Cost Reduction Initiatives:
- Drive cost efficiency programs without compromising on quality or business operations.

Working Capital Management:

Ideal Candidate Profile
Educational Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is mandatory.
