Key Responsibilities

• Set up and oversee a comprehensive Finance & Accounts and Management Information System (MIS) framework aligned with organizational objectives.

• Direct the preparation and critical analysis of key financial statements, including balance sheets, profit and loss accounts, and cash flow reports.
• Ensure the generation of accurate and timely monthly and quarterly budget vs. actual variance reports.
• Ensure rigorous adherence to regulatory frameworks, corporate financial policies, and statutory reporting obligations.
• Oversee the auditing processes, ensuring transparency and accountability in financial practices.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

• Spearhead the annual budgeting and financial forecasting activities in collaboration with department heads.
• Develop accurate, realistic financial plans that align with strategic business objectives.
• Implement continuous monitoring systems to compare forecasts with actual outcomes, addressing variances proactively.

Accounting and Costing Processes:

• Design, implement, and maintain robust accounting and costing systems to enhance financial accuracy and operational control.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Educational Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) designation is mandatory.
