Salary Structure

  • Regular Positions: ₹25,500 to ₹2,09,200 (Level 4 to Level 12 as per 7th CPC)
  • Contractual Positions: ₹50,000 to ₹2,50,000 per month

Eligibility Criteria

Joint Director (Academics)

  • Graduate in Commerce with ACS/CA/CMA OR PG in Economics/Commerce/Management/Law (50%)
  • 13 years’ experience including 5 years in a senior executive role

Information Security Officer

  • Candidates must hold an MCA or B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics with either First or Second Division
  • Certification in CISSP/CISA/CISM/PMP
  • 13 years’ experience including 5 years in a senior executive role

Deputy Director (Academics)

  • Graduate in Commerce with ACS/CA/CMA OR PG in Economics/Commerce/Management/Law (50%)
  • Minimum 9 years’ experience

Deputy Director (Corporate Communication)

  • PG in Mass Communication/Advertising & PR (50%) OR Graduate with 1-year Diploma in Mass Comm/PR
  • Minimum 9 years’ experience

IT Security Manager

  • An MCA or B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electronics with a First or Second Division classification
  • Certification in CEH/ECSA/OSCP & CCNA/CCNP/MCSE/RHEL
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience

Executive (Law)

  • Law degree with 50% marks
  • 5 years’ experience

Executive (Finance & Accounts)

  • Graduate in Commerce with ACS/CA/CMA OR PG Degree/Diploma in Management (Finance)
  • 5 years’ experience

Executive (HR)

  • MBA/PGDBM/MSW/MA (PMIR)/MHROD in HR with 50% marks (2-year program)
  • 5 years’ experience

Executive Assistant

  • Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
  • 3 years’ experience

Dean (Contractual)

  • Master’s in Economics/Law/Commerce/Management/Finance with 55% marks
  • Ph.D. in relevant field
  • A minimum of 20 years of professional experience, with at least 10 years served in senior executive positions

Research Associate (Contractual)

  • Graduate in Commerce with ACS/CA/CMA OR PG in relevant fields with 50% marks
  • 5 years’ experience

Executive (Career Awareness Programme) (Contractual)

  • MBA/PGDBM in Marketing (2-year program) with 50% marks
  • 5 years’ experience

Accountant (Contractual)

  • Graduate in Commerce with ACS/CA/CMA OR PG Degree/Diploma in Management (Finance)
  • 5 years’ experience

Selection Process

  1. Written Test and/or Interview
  2. Document Verification: Original certificates and No Objection Certificate (if applicable) must be produced
  3. Travel Reimbursement: Train fare as per ICSI norms for eligible outstation candidates
