This role is part of the MENA 3P Account Health team, responsible for managing third-party seller compliance and mitigating seller-related risks. As a Program Manager, you will serve as the bridge between Amazon and its external third-party business partners (sellers), ensuring adherence to compliance standards while fostering seller trust and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for third-party sellers and Amazon’s internal teams, especially account managers.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve the overall health and experience of seller accounts on the platform.
- Engage directly with sellers and collaborate with account managers to identify common pain points and proactively offer solutions.
- Conduct deep dives into fraudulent seller activity and initiate mitigation plans.
