Role Summary

The Business Interlock Specialist will serve as a key player in the Talent Development team. You will lead initiatives in Instructor-Led Training (ILT), focusing on workforce upskilling, operational excellence, and client enablement. This role is ideal for individuals with 7–11 years of experience in corporate learning environments who have demonstrated proficiency in training analysis, program execution, and client collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Interlock Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Conducting in-depth analyses to identify skill gaps and create targeted training strategies to support organizational goals.

ILT Program Delivery: Facilitating or overseeing Instructor-Led Training sessions, ensuring content relevance and learner engagement.

Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong client relationships to align training efforts with business needs.

Collaboration and Team Leadership: Working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and managing small teams or individual contributors, both onsite and remotely.

Strategic Support: Understanding the strategic direction of leadership and tailoring training efforts to support business transformation.

Decision-Making and Innovation: Making informed decisions that influence team performance and introducing process enhancements where necessary.

Rotational Shifts: Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
