Job Summary
We are on the lookout for an experienced and analytical Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in business process engineering, optimization, task and project tracking, stakeholder management, and process integration. Candidates with a background in the finance domain or enterprise finance processes will be highly regarded. This is a strategic role that contributes directly to enhancing our organization’s efficiency and digital maturity.
Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Associate in our Technology Transformation Office, your core responsibilities will include:
1. Business Process Optimization
Use simulation and modeling techniques to streamline and enhance business processes.
Evaluate existing systems and identify opportunities for process redesign to improve operational performance.
2. Process Integration and Monitoring
Facilitate cross-departmental process integration to unify workflows and reduce bottlenecks.
Implement process monitoring practices to ensure compliance, performance tracking, and continual improvement.
3. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, and operations to define requirements and implement process improvements.
Act as a liaison between technical and business teams to align project goals with organizational strategy.
4. Process Mining and Automation
Leverage process mining tools to uncover inefficiencies and extract actionable insights.
Identify repetitive or manual tasks suitable for automation, increasing productivity and reducing operational costs.
5. Strategic Process Framework Development
Design and maintain standardized business process frameworks that support scalability and sustainability.
Develop documentation and training materials to facilitate smooth process transitions.
6. Decision Modeling and Data-Driven Planning
Apply decision modeling methodologies to support informed, data-driven decision-making.
Assist leadership in strategic planning through accurate modeling of business scenarios and risk assessment.
Key Qualifications
We are seeking professionals who demonstrate the following qualifications and competencies:
Experience: 5 to 8 years in business analysis, preferably with a focus on digital transformation and process re-engineering.
Technical Acumen: Familiarity with business process monitoring, automation tools, and modeling software.
Project Management: Proficient in task management, project tracking, and using platforms such as Clarizen and Planview.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences.
Remote Capability: Proven success in a remote work environment; self-motivated, organized, and collaborative.
Finance Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of corporate finance processes and enterprise systems is preferred.
Required Certifications
To thrive in this role, the following certifications and tools are essential:
Business Process Management (BPM): Certification in Six Sigma or equivalent is highly valued.
Modeling and Process Design Tools: Experience with platforms such as OrbusInfinity.
Project Management Professional (PMP): Certification required or in-progress, with practical experience in project lifecycle management.
