Role Overview: Industrial Operations Engineer—C
You will be in a key position as an Industrial Operations Engineer—C, designing, managing, and optimizing industrial engineering processes and systems. This covers the gamut from supply chain strategy and procurement to facility engineering and maintenance. You will also be directly involved in project management and industrial transformation change implementation.
This is an impactful position where your engineering knowledge, strategic thinking, and project execution abilities will have a direct impact on operational excellence and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Process Design and Optimization
Design and establish engineering practices for industrial operations to enhance processes in procurement, logistics, facilities management, and maintenance systems.
• Facility Engineering & Maintenance
Guide efforts to increase the efficiency, safety, and reliability of facility infrastructure through proactive engineering and preventive maintenance practices.
• Supply Chain Engineering
Optimize and analyze supply chain operations to provide timely delivery, cost savings, and smooth integration with procurement plans.
• Project Management
Plan, implement, and track industrial transformation projects from initiation to completion. Ensure timelines, budgets, and objectives are met consistently.
• Change Management
Implement and manage change in operational systems. Work with stakeholders to align engineering solutions with changing business requirements.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with internal departments like procurement, logistics, engineering, and finance, and external suppliers to achieve successful project execution and process improvement.
• Cost Management and Profitability
Manage cost control for respective areas and provide profitable results by enhancing operational effectiveness and minimizing waste.
• Client Engagement
Engage proactively with clients to learn about their operational issues. Provide data-driven insights and engineering solutions to drive business results.

Ideal Candidate Profile
• Bachelor‘s or Master‘s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial operations, preferably in a large engineering or manufacturing company.
• Familiarity with tools and methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement systems.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, supply chain planning tools, and facilities management software.
• Evidenced capacity to work within a high–energy, high-impact environment and handle multiple priorities at once.
