Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Employee Data Management:

Assist in HR administration transaction processing, such as employee data updates, new joiningsleavers, and retirements.

Facilitate accurate and timely employee data handling to ensure seamless HR process flow.

Handle records, authenticate HR transactions, and enforce compliance with HR policies.

Track team performance to achieve or surpass agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Identify trends in high-volume transactions and ensure that the team is ready to process peak volumes efficiently.

Team Leadership & Training:

Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, training and mentoring them.

Provide constructive criticism and develop individual development plans for team members.

Develop and execute backup plans to facilitate seamless HR operations during peak seasons or unexpected situations.

Maintain compliance with knowledge management procedures to ensure compliance with client and internal obligations.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management:

Work with customers and vendors for data validation, inputs, and processing efficiency.

Efficiently manage escalations to achieve rapid resolution of issues while maintaining high standards of service.

Possess excellent consultative skills in order to handle customer relationships successfully.

Process Optimization & Compliance:

Support process improvement programs to ensure operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with HR policies and laws of the land with high accuracy and integrity.

Work hand-in-hand with management to bring in strategies for improved HR operating effectiveness.

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelors degree in any field (preferred: Bachelor of Arts).

6-7 years of experience in HR administration with knowledge in employee data management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Technical knowledge in HRMS/ERP systems like SAP, SuccessFactors, and Workday.

Proven experience in team management and leadership.

Knowledge to coordinate with vendors and customers for HR transactional inputs and validation.

Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Deadlinesfocused with a high level of ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:
Payroll & US Payroll Processing experience.

Experience in learning and development (LnD).

Strong compensation & benefits (C&B) administration knowledge.

Sophisticated data management and benefits administration knowledge.

Sound customer relationship management and negotiation acumen.
