Job Description: Key Responsibilities
As an International Business Development Associate at Zynetic, you will have the exciting responsibility of researching, identifying, and building strategic partnerships in the UAE. You will work closely with the CXO and Business Development Head to implement expansion strategies that will drive Zynetic’s growth in the region. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Researching and Identifying Potential Partners
You will research the market and identify potential partners for Zynetic in the UAE. These partners may include hotels, malls, corporate offices, and real estate developers. Understanding the landscape and recognizing opportunities will be crucial in helping Zynetic build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders.

2. Reaching Out to Potential Clients
You will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients through various channels such as emails, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings. Your goal will be to explore partnership opportunities and create a pipeline of potential business collaborations that align with Zynetic’s strategic goals.

3. Assisting with Business Proposals and Presentations
You will support the team in preparing compelling business proposals, presentations, and reports for leadership. These documents will play a key role in establishing partnerships and driving business growth in the region. Your ability to craft persuasive and data-driven presentations will be essential to success in this role.

4. Collaborating with CXO and Business Development Head
You will work closely with senior leadership, including the CXO and the Business Development Head, to execute Zynetic’s expansion strategies. This collaboration will require you to understand the company’s goals and help develop actionable plans that contribute to the company’s success in the UAE market.

5. Staying Updated on Industry Trends
The EV industry is constantly evolving, with new trends, regulations, and competitors emerging regularly. As a business development associate, it will be important for you to stay informed about the latest developments in the EV sector, particularly those affecting the UAE market.

6. Supporting the Structuring of MOUs and Agreements
You will assist in the creation and structuring of Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs), partnership agreements, and investment proposals. These documents will be essential in formalizing business relationships and ensuring that all legal and financial aspects of the partnership are clearly defined.

7. Ensuring Smooth Execution of Partnerships
Once partnerships are established, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of projects. This may involve overseeing the rollout of new charging infrastructure, ensuring that timelines and deliverables are met, and maintaining strong communication between all parties involved.

Candidate Requirements: What We’re Looking For

1. Fresh Graduates or Individuals with Up to 1 Year of Experience

2. Educational Qualifications

3. Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
