Position: Dot Net Project Manager
Experience Required: Minimum 15 years of overall experience, including 10 years in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with at least 4 years in Project Management and 8 years in Dot Net projects.

Key Responsibilities of the Dot Net Project Manager
As a Dot Net Project Manager at CGG, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of various e-Governance projects. Your primary duties will include:
1. Project Development & Proposal Management
Develop comprehensive project proposals, including defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and stakeholders.
Ensure that all proposed projects are technically and operationally feasible.
Work with cross-functional teams to develop, refine, and finalize project scopes and deliverables.
2. Project Management & Execution
Oversee the execution of multiple projects from initial conceptualization and visualization to the final execution and deployment.
Guide the team in defining the technical architecture of projects, ensuring alignment with the overall strategic vision.
Work with the team to finalize database schemas, ensuring they meet the project’s functional and technical requirements.
Manage project scope, changes, and risks throughout the entire project lifecycle.
3. Change Request Management & Risk Mitigation
Use the Change Request Management System in the Project Management Information System (PMIS) to manage any scope, schedule, or cost changes.
Implement effective risk management strategies to minimize potential project risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
4. Documentation & Compliance
Maintain comprehensive project documentation at every stage of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Ensure adherence to quality processes as per ISO 9001:2015 and CMMi Level 3 standards.
Coordinate with Business Analysts to ensure timely and accurate documentation and approvals.
5. Stakeholder Interaction & Communication
Ensure clear communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and senior management.
Provide regular project updates, addressing concerns and ensuring all project deliverables meet expectations.
Facilitate timely sign-offs on various project deliverables from user departments.
6. Quality & Capacity Building
Lead the implementation of quality processes, ensuring projects meet specified standards and objectives.
Support initiatives related to capacity building and change management to ensure the successful adoption of new technologies and practices within the organization.
Develop and implement training programs for project teams, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills for success.
7. Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Audit Management
Oversee the management of Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring compliance with agreed-upon service delivery standards.
Ensure that audits are performed as required, and the project adheres to internal and external compliance standards.
8. Best Practices & Process Improvement
Study past projects to recommend process improvements, enhancing the planning and scheduling of future projects.
Develop and implement best practices for e-Government projects based on industry standards and past data.
Provide strategic recommendations for enhancing project delivery and overall operational efficiency.
9. Other Responsibilities
As a senior leader in the organization, you will be required to undertake additional responsibilities and tasks as assigned by the Director or Director General.
