Position Overview

The GTM Advanced Analytics Visualization Team aims to deliver production-quality visualization experiences that provide actionable insights into product and partner performance. We develop and maintain interactive dashboards that empower our sales and marketing teams with real-time business intelligence. This role is ideal for someone with a keen analytical mindset and the ability to transform raw data into intuitive, user-friendly visualizations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop high-quality visualizations and dashboards that provide stakeholders with actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

Work closely with business teams to understand key requirements and translate them into impactful visualization solutions.

Utilize Power BI, DAX, and SQL to create compelling data representations that enhance business intelligence.

Automate reports and build scalable data models using Advanced Excel and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).

Analyze big data sets and integrate information from multiple sources to generate meaningful business insights.

Drive innovation by incorporating the latest data visualization technologies and best practices.

Ensure compliance with data security, architecture policies, and quality standards within the organization.

Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum development environment to continuously improve data solutions.

Maintain version control and deployment efficiency using CI/CD pipelines and Git.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications:

Technical Skills:

✔ Expertise in Power BI (DAX, report development, and data modeling)
✔ Proficiency in SQL (Data Querying, Stored Procedures, and Data Management)
✔ Advanced Excel Skills (Automation, Macros, Pivot Tables, and Data Analysis)
✔ Experience with Python (data processing and visualization libraries)
✔ Familiarity with CI/CD and Git (Version Control & Deployment Automation)
✔ Knowledge of SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) for ETL Processes
✔ Understanding of Big Data Analysis Techniques

Analytical & Business Acumen:

✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to decipher complex datasets.
✔ Ability to translate business requirements into effective visual solutions.
