Key Responsibilities
In this dynamic role, you will be an integral part of the clients’ virtual business teams or function independently as a core team member. You will act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) with clients, ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency via email, phone, or chat. Your primary responsibility will be managing multiple tasks, analyzing requirements, and executing plans to meet deadlines and quality standards.
Your day-to-day tasks will involve collaboration with both internal and external teams to ensure customer satisfaction. You will need to:
Work closely with clients to understand their needs, providing tailored support and assistance.
Take charge of analyzing tasks, organizing them efficiently, and ensuring they are completed to meet the expectations of both the client and internal teams.
Ensure that client tasks and queries are addressed within stipulated timeframes, maintaining high standards of service and satisfaction.
Be responsible for conducting online research to gather data, presenting your findings in a clear and comprehensive manner to meet client needs.
