Key Responsibilities of the Senior Process Executive

Ensure that escalations are managed efficiently, with root cause analysis and corrective actions in place to prevent future occurrences.
4. Identifying Trends and Handling High-Volume Transactions
Analyze transaction volumes to identify trends, patterns, or potential operational issues that may indicate challenges for the team.
Prepare the team to handle seasonal or high-volume transaction periods effectively, ensuring that operations run smoothly during peak times.
5. Team Training and Development
Train and mentor team members on HR operations and administrative processes, helping them improve their skills and performance.

6. Creating Back-Up Plans for High-Volume Seasons
Develop contingency plans to manage unforeseen or seasonal fluctuations in HR operations.

7. Ensuring Process Compliance
Ensure compliance with all HR operations processes and knowledge management protocols to meet both client and internal commitments.
Regularly review processes for adherence to industry standards and suggest improvements where necessary.
8. Supporting the Manager with Daily Operations
Assist the manager in overseeing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring that all tasks are executed on time and as per company standards.
