Indian Oil IOCL Apprentices Recruitment 2025 Overview
Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) has officially issued a notification for the hiring of 200 apprentice posts in different states. Candidates with any graduate, B.A., B.B.A., B.Com., B.Sc., diploma, ITI, or 12th pass qualifications are eligible to apply online. The recruitment process is to provide training to eligible candidates under the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973.

Eligibility Criteria for IOCL Apprentices Recruitment 2025
Age Limit (as of 28-02-2025)
Minimum Age: 18 Years
Maximum Age: 24 Years
Age Relaxation: Applicable as per government rules.
Educational Qualification
The candidates should have any of the following qualifications:
ITI (Industrial Training Institute)
Diploma in Engineering
12th Pass (HSC)
Bachelor‘s Degree in B.A., B.B.A., B.Com., or B.Sc.
IOCL Apprenticeship Stipend
The shortlisted candidates will be paid a stipend according to the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973, and Apprentices Rules, 1992/2019, with amendments from time to time.
Selection Procedure for IOCL Apprentices 2025
The candidates will be selected on merit without interview or written test. The process is as follows:
Candidates registered on the NAPS/NATS portal will be eligible.
A merit list will be created on the basis of percentage marks in the qualification required.
Tie-breaker criteria:
The preference will be given to older candidates in the event of the same marks.
In the event of the same date of birth, higher marks in matriculation will be taken into account.Candidates need to fulfill the medical fitness standards laid down by IOCL.Selected candidates will be offered engagement after document verification and medical examination.
Pre-Engagement Medical Examination
Candidates must visit the official IOCL website and read the Guidelines and Criteria for Physical Fitness for Pre-Engagement Medical Examination prior to applying.

Steps to Apply Online
Go to the NAPS/NATS portal and get yourself registered.
Apply for the concerned apprenticeship training job through the portal.
After applying successfully, send the necessary documents through the IOCL website.Submit all the necessary documents before 22nd March 2025.Applications with incomplete documents will not be accepted.Any other means of submission will not be accepted.
