Job Description

Key Responsibilities

HR Database Management:

Help implement employee welfare initiatives.
Support the HR team in ensuring smooth communication across departments.
Compliance & Documentation:
Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
Help in maintaining employee-related documentation.
Support the HR team in the onboarding process for new employees.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to the HR team by scheduling meetings, maintaining files, and managing HR-related correspondence.
Support in preparing presentations and HR reports for management.
Required Qualifications and Skills
The HR Intern position requires the following qualifications and skills:
Minimum Qualification: Post Graduate (Candidates pursuing or having completed a Post Graduate degree are eligible).
Skills and Competencies:
Knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques.
Familiarity with HR databases and HRMS systems is a plus.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
