About the Role:

We seek a seasoned Assistant Manager – HR Operations with 6-8 years of HR administration experience, with proficiency in employee data management, benefits administration, compensation, and performance management. The right person will be responsible for handling HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Key Responsibilities:

Employee Data Management & HR Operations

Maintain employee data changes, new hire, termination, and retirements in HRMS systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, and Workday.

Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of employee records according to internal and external regulations.

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders to process and validate data seamlessly.

Ensure error-free execution of HR administration processes, including compensation, benefits, and payroll operations.

Team Leadership & Performance Monitoring

Manage and direct a team with performance monitoring in place against contracted-out SLAs.

Resolve and clear escalations with high customer satisfaction.

Analyse trends and high-volume transactions to optimize workflow and prepare for high operating times.

Provide constructive feedback and performance reviews to optimize team efficiency.

Design training programs and educate team members on process improvements.

Process Improvement & Compliance

Ensure adherence to HR standards, policies, and regulations.

Recognize opportunities for process automation and efficiency gain.

Assist in knowledge management initiatives with up-to-date documentation and compliance to processes.

Collaborate with senior management to develop contingency plans for seasonal or unexpected volume fluctuations.

Preferred Skills: (Good to Have)

HR outsourcing (HRO), payroll (US payroll), learning & development (LnD), data management, benefits, and compensation & benefits (C&B) knowledge.

Good customer management and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of HR process improvement methodologies.

Must-Have Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any field (BA preferred).

6-8 years of experience in HR administration and operations.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proven customer relationship management and consultative selling skills.

Hands-on experience in HRMS/ERP applications such as SAP, Workday, and SuccessFactors.

Experience to manage and coordinate with vendors and customers for HR activities.

High computer skills (MS Office—Word, Excel, Outlook).

Team leadership and performance management experience.
