Key Responsibilities:
As a Service Delivery Ops Associate Manager, your key responsibilities will be:
End-to-End Accounts Payable Management: Managing financial operations related to requisitioning, purchasing, invoicing, and payments.
Invoice Processing & Reconciliation: Handling purchase and non-purchase order invoices, ensuring accuracy through two-way and three-way matching.
Cost Optimization: Maximizing discount capture opportunities by working with preferred suppliers and curbing savings erosion.
Compliance & Policy Implementation: Implementing procurement policies to ensure vendor compliance and regulatory compliance.
Process Automation & Optimization: Applying best practices in streamlining accounts payable processes and enhancing efficiency.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborating with vendors, procurement teams, and senior management to streamline payment differences and ensure seamless operations.
Financial Analysis & Reporting: Collecting, processing, analyzing, and interpreting operational information to identify financial results and inform data-driven decisions.
Leadership & Team Management: Managing medium to small-sized teams, mentoring professionals, and driving improvements in performance.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
To succeed in this position, you should have the following qualifications and skills:
Strong proficiency in accounts payable processing, procure-to-pay (P2P), and financial reconciliation.
Fluency in invoice processing, two-way and three-way matching, and vendor management.
Knowledge of procurement workflows, compliance policies, and financial regulations.
Hands-on experience in ERP systems, SAP, Oracle, or comparable financial systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to thrive in a high–pace, deadline-oriented work environment with little supervision.
