Key Responsibilities:
Teaching and Instruction:
Teach students from grades 4 to 10 according to the prescribed curriculum and class schedule.
Deliver lessons in subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Mathematics, using engaging and innovative methods.
Apply interactive tools and technology to make learning more fun and impactful.
Student Engagement:
Resolve in-class doubts, improve student satisfaction, and create an environment where students feel motivated to learn.
Attend parent-teacher meetings, update parents on students’ progress, and ensure high levels of parent satisfaction.
Monitor student progress and document it accurately for evaluation.
Classroom Management:
Ensure students follow the required discipline and behavioral expectations during classes.
Fill in the required details on the portal for tracking student performance and maintaining discipline.
Assessments and Feedback:
Allocate and discuss homework, assignments, and tests according to the schedule.
Evaluate students’ work and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
Track student performance and provide personalized guidance to address learning gaps.
Multi-tasking and Adaptability:
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and handle various responsibilities simultaneously.
Demonstrate adaptability to new tools, concepts, and technology, ensuring smooth teaching and learning experiences.

Strong Subject Knowledge:

Educational Qualifications and Experience:
An undergraduate degree in Science (BE, MBBS, BDS, B.Sc., B.Tech) or a related field.
Freshers and candidates with 2-3 years of teaching experience are welcome to apply.
Age limit: Applicants should be no more than 35 years old.
Employment Details:
Location: PAN India (Various locations available)
Working Days: 6 days a week
Weekly Off: Monday
Timing: 12 PM – 9 PM (may vary depending on the BTC and city)
Work Environment: Full-time, in-office role at one of BYJU’S Tuition Centers
