About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished Center of Excellence (CoE) Lead to drive innovation, strategic design, and solution development in Sourcing & Procurement and Supply Chain Analytics. This role is ideal for highly experienced professionals with a proven track record in designing, selling, and delivering cutting-edge supply chain services to global clients.

The position demands expertise in supply chain optimization, business case development, outsourcing solutions, and advanced analytics. Key Responsibilities

1. Sourcing & Procurement Solution Design

• Architect Supply Chain Services: Lead the design of Sourcing & Procurement services tailored to diverse client needs across multiple industry sectors.
• Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customers and internal teams to identify pain points, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Business Case Development: Create robust, data-driven business cases for outsourcing, demonstrating tangible value, cost optimization, and efficiency improvements.
• Proposal & Bid Management:
  • Respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposal) and RFIs (Requests for Information) with strategic, winning themes.
  • Present solutions effectively during bid defense meetings, articulating business benefits and competitive advantages.

2. Supply Chain Planning & Analytics

• Hands-On Expertise: Proven experience in at least two to three core areas of supply chain management, including:
  • Demand Planning
  • Supply Planning
  • Inventory Management
  • Logistics Optimization
  • Spend Analysis & Procurement Reporting
• Advanced Planning Capabilities:
  • Develop Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) frameworks.
  • Implement forecasting and demand planning methodologies.
  • Execute capacity planning and inventory optimization strategies.
• Data-Driven Solutions:
  • Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and relevant metrics for supply chain performance.
  • Design and deploy Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to improve decision-making.

3. Client & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Workshops & Consultations: Participate in client meetings, workshops, and strategy sessions to assess current supply chain performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Solution Evangelism: Act as the face of the CoE, influencing senior stakeholders and promoting best practices in sourcing, procurement, and supply chain analytics.
• Global Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams across geographies to align solutions with global supply chain standards and emerging trends.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from a recognized institution, with a specialization in Supply Chain Management, Operations, or related fields.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 14 years of experience in supply chain management, with a strong focus on sourcing, procurement, and analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and selling supply chain outsourcing services.
  • Proven track record in responding to RFPs/RFIs and winning complex deals.
• Technical & Analytical Skills:
  • Proficiency in supply chain analytics, reporting tools, and BI platforms.
  • Strong understanding of industry-standard KPIs, metrics, and supply chain performance benchmarks.
  • Familiarity with leading ERP and supply chain management software.
• Domain Expertise:
  • In-depth knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning, Forecasting, Inventory Optimization, Capacity Planning, Logistics, and Procurement Spend Analysis.
