Position Overview

In the role of a .NET Core Developer, you will be instrumental in architecting, building, and implementing robust and scalable software solutions tailored for high-performance environments. This role requires an in-depth understanding of C# .NET (version 4.5 and above), .NET Core frameworks, and cloud platforms like AWS or Microsoft Azure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Develop robust and scalable APIs using .NET Core and WebAPI.

• Write clean and modular C# code that adheres to best software development practices.

• Integrate and deploy services on AWS or Azure Cloud, ensuring performance and cost-efficiency.

• Engage in technical design and architecture sessions to shape efficient and scalable backend solutions.

• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and assist QA teams to ensure application quality.

• Maintain thorough documentation of all technical specifications, processes, and architecture decisions.

• Work closely with front-end teams, DevOps professionals, and product stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and end-to-end functionality.

• Contribute to ongoing enhancements by exploring new tools and technologies, and recommending them during architectural evaluations.

• Troubleshoot and debug production issues quickly and effectively.

Required Technical Skills

• .NET Core: Strong experience in designing and developing applications using .NET Core framework.

• Web API: Deep knowledge of RESTful API development and integration using ASP.NET Core Web API.

• C# Programming: Proficient in C#.NET (version 4.5 and above) with strong object-oriented programming concepts.

• Cloud Platforms: Practical experience in deploying applications on AWS or Azure (IaaS or PaaS).

• API Security: Understanding of authentication protocols like OAuth 2.0, JWT, and cloud-based security mechanisms.

• CI/CD: Exposure to continuous integration and deployment using Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, or equivalent.

• Databases: Familiarity with SQL Server, NoSQL (MongoDB/CosmosDB) is an added advantage.

• Version Control: Experience with Git/GitHub or similar version control systems.
