Role Summary
As a GEN AI + Azure Developer, you will play a critical role in developing, deploying, and supporting AI-powered solutions using Azure’s ecosystem. This includes working with cutting-edge tools such as Azure Machine Learning, OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Azure Synapse, and Data Factory to deliver intelligent, secure, and responsible AI applications.
You will work closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to resolve issues and enhance the efficiency of data pipelines, machine learning models, and inference processes. Your expertise will drive high-impact, scalable solutions that enable enterprise-grade AI transformation.
Key Responsibilities
AI & Azure Platform Expertise

Provide advanced support and hands-on implementation for Azure Machine Learning, OpenAI API, and Azure Cognitive Services (Language, Vision, Speech).

Manage and optimize data pipelines using Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, and Azure Databricks.
Model Deployment & Monitoring
-
Troubleshoot machine learning model deployments, inference accuracy, latency, and performance-related issues.

Configure secure pipelines and implement Responsible AI frameworks and model versioning best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
-
Work closely with internal teams including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to enhance platform stability and enrich client experiences.

Engage with customers to identify recurring technical challenges and proactively design reusable automation scripts, diagnostic tools, or predictive models to accelerate problem resolution.
Security & Governance

Implement AI security governance frameworks, including role-based access control (RBAC), data privacy standards, and compliance mandates.

Collaborate on building secure data lake architecture using Azure Storage Gen2, Cosmos DB, and confidential computing models.
Required Skill Set
To thrive in this role, candidates should demonstrate expertise across multiple Azure AI and data engineering services, with a focus on performance, scalability, and secure AI implementations.
Must-Have Technical Skills

MLOps Expertise

Proven experience in managing MLOps workflows using Azure MLOps

Automating the end-to-end processes of model training, validation, deployment, and performance monitoring pipelines.

Utilizing model registries, tracking data and model lineage, and implementing performance logging mechanisms.
Preferred Experience

3–5 years of hands-on experience with enterprise-scale AI or data engineering projects in Azure.

Exposure to real-time data processing, stream analytics, and data integration pipelines.

Demonstrated ability to support end-to-end AI lifecycle from development to deployment and ongoing performance tuning.
