3. Test Strategy and Process Leadership

6. Comprehensive Testing Coverage

7. Team Leadership and Stakeholder Communication

Required Skills and Experience

Strong understanding of software testing techniques, automation strategies, STLC implementation, and quality assurance best practices.
Experience managing complex, multi-region test environments and test data dependencies.
Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA, ALM, TestRail, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of web technologies, API validation, and database testing.
