Overview: Cognizant is seeking a highly driven and strategically minded Senior Manager – IPA Delivery Management to lead its Intelligent Automation (IA) Mindshare team as a Partner Engagement Lead. This pivotal role serves as the nerve center connecting the Automation Practice with global technology partners, sales and delivery teams. Rather than traditional partner marketing, this opportunity centers around cultivating high-value partnerships, executing transformative automation initiatives, and driving alignment across internal stakeholders and the broader intelligent automation and agentic AI ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partner Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner-led initiatives in the IA practice.
- Work in close collaboration with global alliances, delivery leads, and client partners to ensure seamless partner coordination.
- Act as a strategic liaison bridging internal delivery teams with key partners such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, AWS, Celonis, and Microsoft.
- Drive alignment between Cognizant’s automation strategy and partner capabilities to maximize client value.
- Translate partner product strengths into tangible, client-facing solutions.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Work across teams including alliances, marketing, delivery, and sales to create integrated go-to-market strategies.
- Develop joint narratives and value propositions in collaboration with technology partners.
- Enable field teams through training sessions, internal communications, and collateral to support partner-driven initiatives.
Thought Leadership & Evangelism:
- Represent Cognizant and the IA Practice at industry forums, webinars, and partner events.
- Advocate for emerging technologies such as Agentic AI, GenAI, and process mining.
- Communicate key insights and highlight partner success stories to enhance internal visibility and promote greater customer engagement.
Program Management:
- Manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously while maintaining a disciplined approach.
- Own timelines, deliverables, and outcomes of partnership programs from ideation to execution.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust partnership strategies as necessary to drive results.
Execution Excellence:
- Balance strategic vision with hands-on execution across all levels of program implementation.
- Ensure initiatives are delivered with urgency, quality, and accountability.
- Champion innovation and iterative improvements in the delivery of automation solutions.
Team Enablement and Support:
- Provide mentorship to junior delivery managers and associates involved in partner-facing roles.
- Foster an environment that embraces adaptability, teamwork, and a forward-thinking approach to addressing challenges.
- Collaborate with global delivery centers and competency teams to ensure skill readiness aligned with partner technologies.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Possess 8 to 10 years of demonstrated experience in managing strategic delivery initiatives, fostering partner relationships, and driving business development efforts within a technology-driven environment.
- Proven track record working in environments that demand coordination between cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience managing programs involving top global tech partners such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, AWS, Celonis, or Microsoft.
- Strong grasp of automation frameworks, GenAI applications, agentic systems, and enterprise digital transformation trends.
- Deep familiarity with value articulation, co-innovation, and developing compelling joint messaging.
- Proven project management capabilities with strong attention to detail, a focus on deadlines, and a results-driven mindset.
Certifications Required:
- Certified Automation Anywhere Professional
- UiPath Advanced Developer Certification
