The Team: Financial Advisory – Business Modelling Group (BMG)

The Business Modelling Group (BMG) plays a vital role in enabling clients to make strategic financial decisions through sophisticated modelling techniques. Working primarily in Excel, team members design, build, and review models for use in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), restructuring, strategic planning, and infrastructure bidding. These models help decision-makers understand key financial drivers and make informed choices.

As part of a global network, the ICC team collaborates with international Deloitte member firms to deliver high-value modelling solutions across industries and geographies. Role & Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager, you will be engaged in a variety of complex financial modelling projects, supporting strategic decisions for global clients. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Financial Model Development

Build and review robust Excel-based models to support M&A transactions, feasibility studies, capital planning, and business valuations.
Work closely with global teams to gather client requirements and translate them into tailored modelling solutions.
Incorporate scenario analysis, sensitivity testing, and macro-enabled tools to support strategic insights.

2. Engagement Delivery
