🎯 Role Purpose
The Business Analyst – L5 is responsible for driving seamless communication between customers and internal delivery teams. Your role is to understand, gather, document, and communicate business requirements, ensuring that solutions align with the client’s expectations. You will also facilitate integration testing, provide user acceptance support, and contribute to Wipro’s broader knowledge base through whitepapers and reusable assets.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Client Engagement and Requirement Gathering

Act as the primary liaison between the client and Wipro delivery teams.

Gather detailed functional and non-functional requirements from RFIs and RFPs.

Construct workflow diagrams, process flows, and system capability matrices.

Lead requirement workshops with stakeholders to validate proposed business solutions.

Document customer needs in clear, structured formats including use cases, process maps, and user stories.

Present solution prototypes and engage with clients for feedback and clarification.
2️⃣ Solution Design Support

Collaborate with technical architects, developers, and project managers to co-create end-to-end solutions.
