🎯 Role Summary
As a Techno Functional Consultant – L1, you will act as the bridge between technical development and business processes, playing a critical role in ServiceNow platform architecture, solutioning, customization, and deployment. This role demands a blend of strong functional understanding of ITIL processes and hands-on development expertise in the ServiceNow ecosystem.
You will lead implementation initiatives, ensure data integrity, optimize asset management processes, integrate third-party APIs, and provide scalable solutions that align with business goals.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ ServiceNow Architecture & Implementation

Architect and deploy end-to-end ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM).

Configure and test new platform features in sandbox and development environments.

Integrate asset management with CMDB, incident, change, and procurement workflows.

Design custom dashboards, forms, UI actions, and client/server-side scripts using Flow Designer and Script Includes.

Maintain a clean, efficient codebase, following development and security best practices.
2️⃣ Techno-Functional Solutioning

Analyze new business requirements and perform feasibility analysis.

Develop tailored technical solutions while maintaining alignment with functional objectives.

Translate complex business needs into scalable ServiceNow solutions with clear timelines.

Support architecture design, coding, and production rollout for new business implementation.

Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives to test new modules, tools, or integrations.
3️⃣ Integration & Automation

Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.

Automate asset lifecycle, license compliance, and discovery processes using HAM Pro and SAM Pro.

Build automation tools to optimize workflows, reduce repetitive tasks, and improve support ticket turnaround time.
4️⃣ Governance, Compliance & Support

Promote platform governance and release management standards.

Troubleshoot issues, perform RCA (root cause analysis), and recommend long-term fixes.
