Key Responsibilities
Strategic IT Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive IT roadmap aligned with GRID-INDIA’s objectives, ensuring the integration of cutting-edge technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
Infrastructure Management: Lead the design, engineering, and maintenance of centralized IT infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
Cybersecurity Oversight: Establish and enforce robust cybersecurity protocols to safeguard GRID-INDIA’s digital assets and sensitive information from potential threats.
Information Security Implementation: Develop and execute information security strategies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Team Leadership and Development: Provide guidance and mentorship to the IT team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and external partners to ensure IT initiatives support organizational goals and objectives.
Qualifications
Educational Background: A graduate degree in a relevant field is required.
Professional Experience: A minimum of 22 years of experience in IT management, with a proven track record in leading large-scale IT projects and teams.
Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity measures, and information security frameworks.
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and drive organizational change.
Age Criteria: Candidates should be aged 52 years or younger as of March 26, 2025 (born on or after April 27, 1973).
Compensation
Salary: ₹120,000 to ₹280,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
