Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative at OM OIL & FLOUR MILLS LIMITED, your primary duties will include:
Outlet Visits & New Outlet Creation: Regularly visit existing outlets and identify opportunities to establish new ones, expanding the company’s market presence.
Order Collection: Efficiently collect orders from clients, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Secondary Business Responsibility: Manage and enhance secondary sales channels, contributing to overall business growth.
Distributor Handling: Oversee distributor relationships, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any concerns promptly.
Revenue Generation: Implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
Required Qualifications
Minimum Education: Graduate (any discipline)
Experience: 2 to 7 years in sales, preferably in the FMCG or related sectors
Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to build and maintain client relationships, and a proactive approach to sales.
Preferred Gender: Male
Age Criteria: Between 19 and 30 years as of 12th April 2025
Residency: Candidates residing in or willing to relocate to the specified locations in Odisha are preferred.
