We are looking aggressively for a mature Python Developer who can join our expanding AI products team in Hyderabad, India. This position is instrumental in planning, developing, and deploying clever systems and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) which solve intricate business problems.
About the Role: Python Developer (AI Product Development)
As a Python Developer at Wipro, you will be at the forefront of designing personalized AI-powered products and solutions. Your work will extend from leading product development cycles to applying cutting–edge AI and Python programming methodologies and working with cross-functional teams to develop smart, customer-focused applications.
Role Objective:
To drive the development of AI-enabled products, frameworks, and MVPs in Python and new-age AI technologies, in accordance with client requirements and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
AI Solution Development & Innovation
• Lead the design and deployment of scalable AI models and intelligent systems tailored to specific business use cases.
• Use modern AI/ML techniques to build, test, and implement production-grade solutions.
• Analyze complex client environments and propose AI architectures to address identified challenges.
• Create data-driven MVPs that serve as prototypes for large-scale deployments.
Product Strategy & Customization
• Collaborate with stakeholders to review use cases and determine the feasibility of product development.
• Develop end-to-end product development plans incorporating AI capabilities, UI elements, and business logic.
• Create and design intuitive user interfaces that are compatible with underlying AI models.
• Integrate required security and compliance features as per product needs.
Continuous Innovation & Research
• Keep track of ongoing industry trends and AI developments to leverage the latest innovations in product designs.
• Find opportunities to implement state-of-the-art AI solutions in new or existing products.
• Perform root cause analysis of technical issues and recommend practical, future–oriented solutions.
Client Engagement & Business Collaboration
• Attend client meetings to hear requirements, share insights, and demonstrate product capabilities.
• Provide expert consultancy and facilitate product design discussions against customer objectives.
• Collaborate with business verticals and delivery teams to respond correctly to RFPs and client questions.
• Demonstrate products, solicit feedback, and iterate based on client feedback.
Thought Leadership & Knowledge Sharing
• Work with the Holmes advisory board and internal thought leaders to learn and innovate continuously.
• Share product development updates at seminars, internal meetings, and industry forums.
• Cross-pollinate best practices and learnings with internal teams to build a knowledge-sharing culture.
Team Management and Leadership Responsibilities

• Forecast talent needs and fill positions with the right talent in a timely manner.

• Cost savings and resource optimization while executing projects.

• Percentage of personnel trained in cutting–edge digital competencies.
• Attrition rate management.
• Internal and external webinars arranged.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Candidates should preferably have
• A strong background in Python programming and AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
• Experience deploying and developing AI/ML models in production-level environments.
• Knowledge of frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Familiarity with contemporary product development life cycles and agile practices.
• Knowledge of security implementation, cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and DevOps tools is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with clients and stakeholders.
• Priority in leading and mentoring teams well within a dynamic environment.
