Job Description
Applications for the Management Trainee – Supply Chain Management role are being received by Genpact. This position demands managing and coordinating the entire order-processing process. The chosen candidate has to enter, monitor, new orders, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely shipping of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
Order Management & Processing:
• Process customer purchase orders and Delivery Order (DO) generation in the NERP system.
• Process orders accurately and keep records as per company policies.
• Make sure order entry, processing, and final release are done efficiently.
Logistics & Inventory Control:
• Resolve and address transportation, logistics system, imports, exports, and customer issues.
• Work with planning and logistics departments to expedite priority-based urgent parts.
• Review inventory levels to determine potential part shortages, taking into account lead times, available stock, and projected future demand.
• Use tracking and reporting systems to track and control all service parts activity.
• Review and adjust parts usage trends to ensure optimal inventory levels.
Supplier & Customer Coordination:
• Communicate with suppliers and customers to facilitate timely placement and fulfillment of orders.
• Make real-time availability of parts, order status, shipments, stock levels, and backlogs available.
• Sustain and prepare reports on significant performance indicators (KPIs) for service parts and stock.
Issue Resolution & Compliance:
• Identify and resolve errors such as price difference, credit hold, anomalies, and misorders.
• Administer the return or repurchase of Return Material Authorization (RMA) components in a prompt manner and affect inventory adjustments accordingly.
• Maintain and monitor RMAs, prompting returns from the customer in timely manner.
• Strict compliance to Genpact and client procedure, policy, and quality control standards.
Performance Reporting & Business Insights
• Offer insightful business analysis and recommendations to top management.
• Create and produce tailored reports through Business Warehouse (BW) and NERP.
• Improve operational effectiveness by utilizing technology to automate order processing and inventory monitoring.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, finance, logistics, and customer service to enhance business processes.
• Make effective use of cross-functional resources to deliver superior service to internal and external customers.
• Discover innovative solutions to business problems with efficiency and precision.
Qualifications & Skills Needed:
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor‘s degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in order management, supply chain, customer service, or logistics.
• SAP ERP systems and Order-to-Cash (O2C) process proficiency.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate inventory levels, lead times, and demand trends.
• Excel, Microsoft Office applications, and Business Warehouse (BW) experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• LATAM logistics and customer service requirements knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Advanced knowledge of supply chain management and logistics operations.
