Key Responsibilities

4. Logistics & Dispatch Coordination

Coordinate with SCM and logistics teams for timely dispatches and transportation.
Manage relationships with transportation vendors to ensure delivery efficiency.
Track material availability by collecting updates from marketing and SCM teams.

5. On-Site Activities

Supervise and coordinate site activities to ensure smooth execution.
Identify hindrances in project progress and escalate them for immediate resolution.
Work closely with the project manager to ensure compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality objectives.

6. Financial Coordination

Support sales order creation through collaboration with marketing teams.
Track item status and align with invoicing requirements.
Follow up with clients for timely payments and financial closure.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education: Program in Project Management – Level 1 (minimum qualification).
Experience: 4–10 years in project coordination, stakeholder management, or related project roles.
Technical Knowledge:
- Working knowledge of SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and PS (Project Systems) modules.
- Familiarity with project planning, reporting, and financial documentation.
