Role Overview

The Manager (Electrical Maintenance) will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems, automation equipment, and utilities. The role requires hands-on expertise in PLC logic, Siemens & Fanuc systems, CNC machines, substations, and SAP maintenance workflows.

Key Responsibilities

1. Electrical Systems & CNC Machine Maintenance

• Troubleshoot and maintain Siemens & Fanuc control systems (Oi, 31i series).

• Oversee CNC equipment maintenance, ensuring accuracy and minimal downtime.

• Manage servo motors, encoders (linear, rotary, magnetic, optical), pressure transducers, temperature controllers, and RTDs.

2. PLC Programming & Automation

• Work with Siemens S7-200/300/1500 series PLCs for ladder logic programming and modification.

• Utilize Siemens Step-7 software and WinCC SCADA for automation, monitoring, and process control.

• Study and modify ladder diagrams to enhance automation efficiency.

3. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance

7. SAP & Digital Maintenance Systems

• Utilize SAP Maintenance Module for workflow management, spares planning, and documentation.
