About the Role – Senior MongoDB Database Administrator

The Senior MongoDB DBA will be responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and optimizing large-scale MongoDB clusters and other NoSQL databases in production. This position demands deep technical knowledge, strong analytical capabilities, and a hands-on approach to solving complex challenges.

As a key contributor, you will ensure database uptime, availability, and performance across diverse environments, while also participating in incident management, security governance, and automation initiatives.

1. Production Support & Incident Management
