We are looking for an experienced and certified Pega Developer with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade Pega solutions. This is an exceptional opportunity for a Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) or seasoned Pega professional with 6–14 years of experience to play a key role in architecting, designing, and implementing robust Pega-based applications.

About the Role
As a Pega Developer, you will serve as the technical backbone for complex Pega implementations. This position demands a blend of hands-on development expertise and strategic leadership skills to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with best practices.
You will be expected to collaborate with clients, architects, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to capture requirements, identify challenges, and deliver innovative, scalable solutions. In addition, you will mentor junior developers, enforce Pega architectural standards, and help shape the future roadmap for ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Solution Architecture & Design

Work with customer architects and SMEs to understand business challenges, pain points, and project objectives.

Design and architect Pega-based solutions tailored to address client requirements and industry best practices.

Define the class hierarchy, object models, and functional designs to ensure logical, maintainable, and reusable application structures.

Establish a test strategy that aligns with both functional and non-functional requirements.
2. Project Planning & Roadmap Development

Formulate a detailed project roadmap that clearly defines key milestones, expected deliverables, and optimal allocation of resources to ensure timely and efficient execution.

Identify potential risks early in the process and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth delivery.
3. Technical Leadership

Provide hands-on technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment.

Implement and uphold industry-leading standards for Pega architecture, design principles, and coding practices to ensure quality, scalability, and maintainability.

Lead multiple Pega implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring consistent quality across deliverables.
4. Mentoring & Team Development

Guide and mentor Pega professionals to advance their technical and architectural skills.

Conduct training sessions and workshops to upskill the development team.

5. Stakeholder Engagement

Act as a trusted advisor to customers by offering proactive recommendations for process improvements and technology adoption.

Qualifications & Experience Required
To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess the following qualifications and experience:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (B.Tech preferred).

Certified Lead System Architect (LSA) in Pega.

Professional Experience:

At least 5 years of proven success in executing Pega projects, complemented by a total of 6–14 years of professional experience in the industry.

Proven experience in designing, architecting, and implementing Pega-based enterprise solutions.

Deep knowledge of Pega frameworks, architecture, and development lifecycle.
