Key Responsibilities
As a Workforce Software Analyst/Consultant, you will be instrumental in delivering high-impact WFM projects from concept to completion. Your role will involve both technical and functional expertise, ensuring that client solutions are efficient, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
Project Delivery & Functional Expertise

Participate in end-to-end project lifecycles, including business analysis, requirements gathering, functional specification design, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable system design specifications.

Configure and maintain workforce management policies, pay codes, accrual rules, premium rules, scheduling parameters, and user roles.

Perform functional testing to validate configuration accuracy and system performance.

Manage data conversion activities during project implementations, ensuring data integrity.
Technical Engagement
-
Work hands-on with SQL, JavaScript, and WFM platforms such as WorkForce Software Time & Attendance, Absence Compliance Tracker, Advanced Scheduler, and Workforce Analytics.

Maintain security configurations, labor level sets, and employee groups.

Act as a technical liaison between business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technology teams.
Collaboration & Communication

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

Lead or participate in virtual design workshops with client stakeholders.

Prepare detailed documentation including design specifications, testing strategies, training materials, and implementation guides.
Support & Continuous Improvement

Conduct production support, software upgrades, and compliance audits.

Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.

Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process optimization.
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; a Master’s in Human Resource Management is preferred.

2+ years of experience as a techno-functional consultant in Time & Attendance systems, specifically with WorkForce Software.

Proficiency in SQL and JavaScript.

Experience with one or more WFS products: Time & Attendance, Absence Compliance Tracker, Advanced Scheduler, Workforce Analytics.

Strong configuration skills in policies, profiles, pay codes, accruals, scheduling, and security roles.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
Preferred Skills

WFS Certification (Configuration / Integration Specialist or higher).

Consulting experience in Workforce Analytics and HR Technology.

Exposure to HR Service Delivery, HR Transformation, or HR Shared Services.

Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.

Demonstrated adaptability in ambiguous situations.
