8. Domain & Business Expertise

• Gain rapid proficiency in SAP HR and Payroll systems, translating business requirements into actionable engineering plans.
• Navigate across business, product, and technical domains to maximize product value and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

9. Effective Communication

• Present complex technical concepts in clear, compelling language to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Influence decision-making through data-backed recommendations and well-structured arguments.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience:
  • 12+ years of SAP ABAP HR development experience with a specialization in Payroll.
  • 3+ years in engineering or technical team management, preferably within SAP HR environments.

  • SAP UI Technologies (Fiori/UI5) including freestyle SAPUI5 and Fiori Elements
  • Business Integration Builder (BIB) for employee data replication
  • SAP BTP Services including CI, API, and connectivity between BTP and ECC
• Quality & Performance
  • ATC and code inspector configurations
  • Performance tuning and optimization

Leadership & Project Management Skills

• Lead cross-functional teams from project inception to delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Identify risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Deliver executive-level presentations and status updates to stakeholders.
• Motivate teams and align them toward achieving milestones and deliverables.

Operational Responsibilities

• Deliver SAP Payroll solutions in compliance with business requirements and statutory regulations.
• Resolve escalated payroll issues in collaboration with Talent, Finance, and IT teams.
• Ensure consistent application of development standards and best practices.
• Oversee the creation of end-user documentation and training materials.
