- Apply modern software engineering principles, DevSecOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines for efficient and secure deployments.
- Utilize advanced deployment methods such as Blue-Green and Canary releases to ensure smooth rollouts with minimal downtime.
8. Domain & Business Expertise
- Gain rapid proficiency in SAP HR and Payroll systems, translating business requirements into actionable engineering plans.
- Navigate across business, product, and technical domains to maximize product value and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
9. Effective Communication
- Present complex technical concepts in clear, compelling language to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Influence decision-making through data-backed recommendations and well-structured arguments.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience:
- 12+ years of SAP ABAP HR development experience with a specialization in Payroll.
- 3+ years in engineering or technical team management, preferably within SAP HR environments.
