Deloitte is seeking a highly experienced and visionary SAP Enterprise Architect to join its high-performing North and South Europe (NSE) SAP team. About the Role

As an SAP Enterprise Architect, you will lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-level SAP solutions that enable organizations to achieve agility, scalability, and competitive advantage. You will adopt a Suite First approach to ensure maximum business value from SAP’s integrated ecosystem, while embedding AI First principles to deliver intelligent, data-driven business processes.

This role demands a strong ability to bridge complex business needs with technical solutions, ensuring that designs are future-proof, performance-optimized, and adaptable to evolving market conditions. You will act as a strategic advisor to senior executives, influencing technology roadmaps and transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

In this leadership role, you will:

Architect and deliver integrated SAP solutions across multiple industries, ensuring alignment with client objectives and enterprise architecture principles.
Champion SAP’s Suite First strategy, promoting the adoption of a fully integrated application landscape.
Embed AI, machine learning, and automation into SAP solutions to enable predictive, proactive, and intelligent decision-making.
Collaborate with senior business leaders, CIOs, and technical teams to translate strategic goals into actionable architecture blueprints.
Drive the integration of SAP with cloud platforms such as SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
Oversee the design of secure, high-performing, and scalable architectures that ensure operational resilience.
Stay ahead of emerging technologies and SAP innovations, advising clients on opportunities for digital transformation.
Lead architecture governance processes, ensuring solutions adhere to enterprise frameworks like TOGAF and SAP EA Framework.
Mentor and guide cross-functional teams, fostering technical excellence and innovation.
Participate in thought leadership activities, representing Deloitte in industry events, webinars, and technology forums.

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
A Master’s degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business Administration is preferred.

Professional Experience

12–18 years of total professional experience in enterprise architecture and technology strategy.
At least 5+ years of hands-on SAP platform architecture and design experience.
Proven track record in designing and delivering integrated SAP solutions that drive measurable business value.

Technical Skills & Expertise

Hands-on experience with:
- SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
- SAP’s AI and machine learning capabilities
- SAP Analytics Cloud for advanced reporting and data visualization
- Intelligent automation tools and frameworks
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture methodologies such as TOGAF and SAP EA Framework.
Knowledge of multi-cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) and hybrid deployment strategies.
SAP Certifications such as SAP Certified Technology Associate or SAP Certified Application Associate are highly desirable.

Soft Skills & Leadership Qualities

Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong leadership capabilities, with experience in guiding large-scale transformation initiatives.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
