Role Summary: Inside Sales – Digital Marketing Analyst

Wipro is seeking an experienced and dynamic Inside Sales – Digital Marketing Analyst to join its fast-paced sales team in Curitiba, Parana. This professional will be responsible for consultative client engagement, lead generation, pipeline management, and digital sales conversions across multiple touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, advertising sales, or multichannel sales strategies and a passion for helping clients achieve marketing success.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct consultative sales calls to understand client needs and propose personalized digital marketing solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales funnel — from prospecting to closure — ensuring high conversion rates and short sales cycles.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients through regular communication, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities based on market analysis and client profiling.
  • Use CRM platforms to track customer interactions, monitor lead status, and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
  • Actively participate in product and service training programs to stay updated with the latest offerings and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and client requirements.
  • Contribute feedback to improve sales materials and strategies based on client interactions and evolving market needs.
  • Resolve client issues proactively and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.

  • A proactive, results-driven mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in building lasting client relationships through a customer-centric approach.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, multichannel selling techniques, and advertising solutions.
  • Ability to quickly identify customer needs and match them with suitable digital products or services.
  • Demonstrated success in cross-selling and upselling within an existing client base.
  • 4+ years of overall professional experience, with at least 2 years in direct sales, advertising, or digital marketing roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related fields.
