About the Role
The Responsible AI Engineer will play a critical role in assessing AI systems for compliance with ethical, legal, and sustainability benchmarks. Key Responsibilities

Lead & Collaborate Across Teams:

Act as a subject matter expert in Responsible AI, setting the direction for the team.

Manage and mentor team members to drive excellence in responsible AI assessment and implementation.

Work in partnership with diverse teams such as data scientists, engineers, compliance specialists, and product managers to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment on responsible AI initiatives.

Ethical Assessment & Risk Mitigation:

Assess AI solutions to verify their compliance with established ethical principles, legal regulations, and sustainability benchmarks.

Identify and analyze risks associated with AI deployment such as bias, explainability, privacy violations, and model drift.

Propose and execute effective mitigation strategies using industry-approved methodologies and frameworks.

Ensure AI implementations are compliant with national and international AI regulations (e.g., GDPR, EU AI Act, OECD AI Principles).
