Position Overview: Senior Process Executive
The Senior Process Executive plays a pivotal role in supporting middle and back-office functions within Capital Market Operations. Key Responsibilities
As a Senior Process Executive, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Capital Market Operations

Process and verify transactions related to middle and back-office operations, including activities involving securities, derivatives, and various financial instruments.

Perform trade booking, confirmation matching, settlement processing, and exception handling for capital market deals.

2. Wealth and Asset Management

Support operations related to portfolio valuation, net asset value (NAV) computation, and reporting for investment clients.

Process subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches for mutual fund accounts and wealth portfolios.

Maintain accurate records of investment holdings and handle updates related to corporate actions and dividends.
3. Corporate Actions and Fixed Income

Monitor corporate action announcements and ensure timely execution of events such as dividends, mergers, rights issues, and bond maturities.

Handle coupon payments, interest accruals, and income processing for fixed income portfolios.

Ensure adherence to regulatory timelines and reporting standards.
4. Reconciliation and Exception Management

Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations for cash and positions across various investment portfolios.

5. Client Reporting and Documentation

Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications

Graduate degree in Commerce or Business Administration is mandatory.
